Do you deliver?
Yes, we can deliver for a charge that corresponds to the location that the box of mini cupcakes needs to be delivered to.

How long in advance must I order?
We require advance of notice of minimum 2-3 working days before you need your cupcakes.

Why don't you have a physical store?
Because we use premium products in our bakes, we do not have a physical store to reduce our overhead costs and use the savings to provide a superior product for a competitive price.

Why do you not bake popular flavours like red velvet?
We as a principle, do not use artificial colouring or flavouring in any of our cupcakes. As a result we do not bake and cupcakes that might require such additives no matter how popular they may ba.

Why do you only bake mini cupcakes?
We would love our customers to be delighted by our different flavour combinations. We found that mini cupcakes are an amazing and guilt-free way to indulge in more than just one flavour of cupcake as with regular size cupcakes, the size makes it more difficult to have more than one.

What type of frosting do you use on your cupcakes?
All our mini cupcakes are frosted with Swiss Meringue Buttercream. Swiss Meringue Buttercream is made with a cooked egg white and sugar syrup, whipped into a meringue with butter further whipped into it. The resulting frosting is silky and luxuriously smooth with out the grainy feel that you would normally get from most other cupcake shops.

Do you make birthday cakes?
No, we do not. You can however purchase a box of mini cupcakes and have them personalized with a handwritten birthday message.

How do I transport and store my cupcakes?
Your box of cupcakes needs to be transported carefully so that the cupcakes do not topple in the box. Once at your destination, please place the box of cupcakes in the refrigerator and bring out at least 30 minutes before you intend to enjoy them.

Do my cupcakes need to be refrigerated?
Yes. Please refrigerate your mini cupcakes and enjoy within four days of the "Made on" date printed on the card that came with your mini cupcakes.
